If ever I'm alone in NYC, I usually try and make my way over to Ruby Foo's for some sushi. After a long day of finding our conference booth and then putting it up, I wanted nothing more than to head right over to Ruby Foo's. But, I still had 7 miles on my schedule and there is no way I would run after I eat. So... I ran 7 miles on a treadmill. That was one of the least exciting experiences ever. But, it gave me something to look forward to. And, now that it's over, it wasn't that bad.
