The last time I did this, I was giving weekly updates and really concentrating on the week to week progress. Something about that felt contrived and didn't really work for me. So, I have just decided to post updates when I have something of note to mention.
So... after two weeks of paying better attention to my eating, I am back down around 198 again. That's 5 pounds lost in two weeks. I fully expect it to get harder (that was the beginning weight that falls off). But, I am staying true to my 185 goal. I just don't really have an end date to report. It seems to be working better in a less structured environment. So, I'm sticking with that.
