Two Miles, Too Hot...

I went out for my 3 miler today and realized that I was foolish for doing so... So, I cut it short. It was hot and humid (weather advisory) and I thought better of my run. I was keeping the pace slow and it still felt like I was working harder than I wanted to. So... despite my idiocy, I decided to err on the side of caution. I cut it short and I feel better for it.

Run recap- 2.01 miles, 20:11, 10:04 pace

A wise decision! Same conditions here in Virginia Beach - caution is the name of the game.

Been out on my bike a few times though - it feels cooler until you stop riding!

Take it easy,

I biked in this morning and was hardly sweating. As soon as I stopped biking, I couldn't stop sweating.

I know the feeling! Went for an easy beach cruise yesterday lunchtime and the same thing happened to me. The breeze felt great until I stopped riding, then I couldn't stop sweating even inside under the A/C.

I guess that means our bodies are quite efficient though? :)

I am surprised you got so warm wearing a skirt.
