This was a pretty successful week for me. It doesn't quite play out in the numbers. I've really got to figure out how to not do so poorly on the weekends. But anyhow, I'm moving in a positive direction again. Next week is the end of this program. I'm gonna try and have one last big push to get lower. It's pretty obvious I'm not going to reach my goal. But, I have managed to bring my weight down a bit. That's something I hadn't done in the previous 6 months. So, it's not a complete failure. Not a complete success either.
