I went on my "long" run of the week. It's hard to believe that 4 miles is my long run of the week at this point. But, it is truly where I'm at. It was a tough 4 miles. It was a very hilly run, so I'll give myself that. But, my cardio and muscle fitness are definitely down.
I got more bundled up than usual... But, it was entirely unnecessary. 32 degrees and no wind feels great this time of year. Overall it was a good run. But, my legs are pretty trashed now.
