Well, things were going along swimmingly... until yesterday. I had the whole day with Sophia and was stuck in the house (after my long run in the morning) all day. I had a blast and I think Sophie did too... But, I ate way more than I should have. But, I woke up this morning and the damage wasn't that bad.
