Sixty minutes down...

I used the eliptical trainer on Sunday and tonight for 30 minutes each. That is a great start to try to get to 5 workouts this week. I am going over lunch tomorrow to try out running again. Nate wants to do 4 miles. I'm totally up for that as long as my feet cooperate. So, I will have a 40 minute and 60 minute workout left for the week if all goes well tomorrow. Sweet.
