Weigh in, week 7

I can't exactly say that I had a good Saturday night dinner (pizza). But, somehow I avoided the Saturday night curse this week. That's even after I had a rough night for eating on Friday at my niece's birthday party (dessert and all). So... another week, another 4 pounds. Yep, you heard that right, 4 pounds!!!

I'm not really trying to lose weight that fast, but I think this cross training for the triathlon seems to be really upping my metabolism or something. So, my weigh-in for this week is 190.8. That's 14.2 pounds in 7 weeks of doing this, just over 2 a week (which was my goal). Another 5.8 pounds to go to my goal. At this rate, I'm three weeks away!

Holy crap! 4 pounds is impressive. I think I'm going the other way this week!

Thanks man... I think I had some pent up loss because of the last couple mess ups on Saturday nights. But, thanks.

Nah.. you've been on a downward trend forever. You're gonna do great.
