Woops... Weigh-in, Week 4
Can't win em all, right? Well, I was feeling really cocky and overconfident by Wednesday of this week. I had dropped all the way down to 195.8 on Wednesday morning. That would have been quite the loss. But, after all that, and a pretty consistent week... I managed to pig out the night before I weighed-in for the week. So... I woke up this morning weighing 197.8. That's a .8 pound weight loss and 7.2 pounds in 4 weeks. But, it could have been so much better. Next week should be a big loss I would guess. Can't be perfect all the time...

Congrats on the loss, hoss. I'm in your shoes too, I started at 205 last August and am down to 185. I need/want 10 more before my marathon in April. Good luck!
Yeah, I'd like to get a 3:30. Comes out to a little above 8 minute splits. We'll see. If not, I think I'm going to do at least one more this year.
I'm about 10-11 pounds away from my original goal of 185 from two years ago. I'm gonna make it this time. I have no heart for the marathon anymore though (at least not right now).

A nice professional colon cleanse should drop a 4-5 lbs if you want to go that route.
I'm not speaking from experience though.
Colon cleanse huh? Where would one go for that? If you could ask your "friend" who does them regularly, I'd appreciate it.
