Just Signed up for TheDailyPlate

Not sure that I'm proud of it. But, I think it will help me log the things that I do that don't allow me to get to my goals. 185 here I come. No more excuses, the holiday meals are all over now.

    No, no "big public commitment". This is my running/fitness blog. And, I figure I'll mention the things that I'm doing. That's all.

    I run a bit too and it doesn't help with the weight unless you eat right. Sigh.
