I'm not sure if I would have passed this workout or not. But, I went running first (a fast 3) and then did the pushups.  I do think it had an effect.  But, I'm going to repeat the week anyway.  I'd like to get through flawlessly before I continue on.  I did everything but the max set.  Lately, the max set is the only one that trips me up.  Anyhow, here are the results.
