Off to a good start with the repeat of Week 3.... I struggled a little with the second set of 17. But, the 15 felt like a nice "break" before I tried to max on the next set. So, I was actually able to complete day one for a total of 101 pushups. Sweet...
Also, this Hundred Pushups thing is sweeping the blogosphere (or at least the running blogs I read). I got caught up in it too, so I guess it shouldn't be a total surprise. But, you can pretty much convince me of anything with a little nudging. Anyhow, it's pretty amazing how many people are doing it now.
