Aha.. not so fast Eric... You thought you were gaining on this program. I did day three of the
Hundred Pushup program yesterday and it didn't really go that great. The plan called for 15, 13, 10, 10, max (minimum of 15). So... I was able to do 15, 13, 10, 8, 6. Not quite what the doctor ordered. But, not quite pathetic either. I think it's a good idea to do this week over again.
