I was just going to go out and do a 5k test on my own this weekend. But, why do that when I can actually race? So, I looked around for a 5k this weekend and low and behold there was one. It's in Reading and sounds like a nice little race. Here's the race entry if you'd be interested in meeting me over there. I'm just gonna head over the morning of and sign up then. Good Luck. If you are planning more 5k's this summer, this will provide a nice little baseline.
Yeah... I'll probably only get one more 5k in after this one. But, you're right. It will be telling of what my goal should be. Besides... I need something for the Shave contest over at Vanilla's blog.
