It begins...

I woke up this morning and weighed myself to get an idea of what the damage is. I'm at 203.4. I'm going to set a more aggressive goal this time. I think the wimpy goals don't really do much for me. So, I'm shooting for 185 by the end of summer (end of August). Wish me luck.

Good luck to you...keep us posted on your progress. My goal is to work off 5 pounds by the end of July and another 5 by the end of the year. Like you, I do okay on the exercise front but my eating habits could use some help. First step - packing a lunch for work instead of going out!
