This seems to be working with no big problems. I just did my second week in a row with 4 runs. This morning I did a 2 miler at 10 minute pace to get some extra running in without killing myself. It seems to be working great. We went to the YMCA and I did 2 on the treadmill. Then, I got some much needed time with my daughter. I'm starting to relax and rest. Just one more week of travel madness at work. Then, it calms down for a bit.
