Long ride day...

Today was my first long ride of my biking career and I have to admit, it's kinda boring. I'm glad that I'm not totally out of commission, but I can't wait to get back to running. And, my butt hurts. Riding for any longer than 15 minutes is pretty uncomfortable. I managed to ride for 50 minutes and nothing of note happened. I covered 9.5 miles in that period of time for 5:15 miles. Not great, but there were a lot of hills.
