
So... I still have 30 miles of running left this month and I'm already about 20% ahead of where I was last month. I think that gaining 50% of your mileage in one month must break some rule, but who knows?
As a side note... I think I'm going to run that extra 1/2 mile just so that I can have my first 150 mile month. Wooo...

So far, so good... I've been reeling it in if my legs were getting too beat up. But, letting regular wear and tear alone.
