I just went on a scheduled 4.5 miler and boy did it feel good. I went fairly fast the whole time and I really don't feel bad at all. Definitely more in the tank. This was one of those days that you remember why you run. It doesn't happen as often as I'd like, so I'm gonna bask in this while it's fresh in my memory. Eat my dust!!
