So, I added my first short 20 minute/2 mile run in to my schedule. Only time will tell how this goes, but I feel good. I'm glad to be back to the 4 day a week schedule. But, I think the 3 day a week schedule really helped me. I have a 6 miler with Nate on Sunday. That's gonna be fun. Because I shortened my last long run, I haven't gone on a long run in two weeks.
