This is becoming a trend, but my lunch time runs just don't inspire that much fun. They are just kinda getting the miles in... This was almost the identical run to yesterday, only 1 mile longer.

Hey there, Eric. I run at lunch-time, too. They do sometimes feel pretty routine but they are often more enjoyable than whatever's going on in the office!
Yeah.. Work is kinda busy and running is usually my escape. But, the last two days, my run has just been a total zone-out session. Hey, that's ok I guess. Maybe I just needed some time to myself.
Do you ever come back from a run and not remember one bit of it? That's kinda what happened the last two days/runs.
I'd love to go for lunch hour runs as my office is right across the street from a wooded paved trail that I usually use for my long runs.
However, I'd have to do the sink bath thing, and I just can't do that. I've heard of running stores that have showers and lockers for lunchtime runners who need them.
I think it's great that you just get out there even if it feels routine.
Hey Topher.. Our office is actually fairly strange in that it really caters to active people. For instance, we have a shower at the office and the partners don't mind if you take off on a run over lunch.
I spend a boatload of time and energy on my work. I really appreciate the freedom in the middle of the day. It winds me up for the rest of the afternoon too.
Sounds like you have a lunch time run just begging to happen. The sink bath isn't very appealing though.
You don't need me to tell you that being able to run at all is a gift that we shouldn't take for granted.
Yeah... I think I'm gonna run every day to take advantage of it. lol..
No, I agree. Being injured amplifies that too.
