I don't know how you do it....Tough schedule indeed. I don't know how you do it.

My weight has crept up a little since the Richmond Marathon. Luckily I've managed to nip it in the bud by slowly building the miles up again.

It's tough to find a balance, but at least you know you want to do something about it. Good luck Eric...

--Stevestevespeirshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17200786162464085289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4835658214417347634.post-14211483175041947102008-12-08T16:54:00.000-05:002008-12-08T16:54:00.000-05:00Fortunately... I have no lack of motivation. But,...Fortunately... I have no lack of motivation. But, with a hectic work traveling schedule and a 2 month old (and a 2 year old) at home, it makes it difficult to find time.

Bad week for sure. But, I won't repeat it! :) Thanks for the comment. That has to be my worst week of running since I started 2 years ago. And.. you all do help to make me a little more committed. So, thanks for that!Eric Gervasehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05987479725567129785noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4835658214417347634.post-90728016258925524542008-12-08T15:47:00.000-05:002008-12-08T15:47:00.000-05:00sorry to hear of your struggles with running. the ...sorry to hear of your struggles with running. the busy holidays plus the cold weather do make it difficult to get out there. what's been working for me lately is to think about how good i feel after a run, and how i'll lament not going all day/night if i let myself skip it. i also try to remember my long term goals and that i won't get there without pushing through the days when running is the last thing you want to do. make/find a plan that works for you and stick with it! use your blog and readers as accountability to log each run/workout. hang in there!Lindsayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17720800873803974929noreply@blogger.com
