If I need a short one on Wednesday, than so be it. Thanks for the heads up though. <BR/><BR/>I'm caught in this place of, I feel fine and am really wanting to run. I know I don't have any races or anything... And, we are headed into the winter doldrums. But, I just want to get some good training in regardless. I don't know. <BR/><BR/>The 5 days a week is something I'm doing for the weight control/loss part of my plan. The intensity doesn't necessarily have to be there though. I am not saying, that because I got hurt, it will happen to you, but I would hate like hell to see you make your way back from a 3 week injury only to _really_ hurt yourself now.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
